These packages are tailored for your needs to continue moving pain free, overcome injury, comeback stronger, and smash your goals. These are structured as 3 month plans because even though you might feel better after a session or two, you know there is still work to be done. You wouldn't quit after riding high from one great workout thinking you were ready for your "A" race! Each 3 month package can be purchased after an initial evaluation.

Home Concierge Injury Evaluation
Time is precious and schedules are tight. I'll come to your home or office saving you from taking time out of work or finding child care. Utilizing all Covid-19 precautions, of course. The full experience includes a musculoskeletal evaluation, functional exam, treatment interventions, home exercises, mindset guidance, and personal check-ins.
With endurance sports the injury itself is just a symptom of the injury cause. We'll find that cause and empower YOU to overcome it with expert guidance.

telehealth consults and rehab
Video calls are perfect to guide rehab exercises, check in after an injury evaluation, or as a consult from afar! We are based in Colorado, but can provide guidance to you in the Midwest, East Coast, or West. Saves you time and money to check in over Google Meet or Zoom.
